Effective Date: May 13, 2026 We ship worldwide to most countries. This policy outlines shipping timeframes, costs, and delivery terms.
- Processing Time Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery - Standard Shipping: **7–14 business days** - Expedited Shipping: **3–7 business days** (if available) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
- Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (as advertised).
- Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status.
- International Shipping & Customs International orders may be subject to **import duties, taxes, or customs fees** imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Undeliverable or Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may reship at the customer’s cost or issue a refund minus original shipping fees.
- Lost or Stolen Packages Qivika is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
