Effective Date: May 13, 2026 We ship worldwide to most countries. This policy outlines shipping timeframes, costs, and delivery terms.

  1. Processing Time Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery - Standard Shipping: **7–14 business days** - Expedited Shipping: **3–7 business days** (if available) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
  3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (as advertised).
  4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status.
  5. International Shipping & Customs International orders may be subject to **import duties, taxes, or customs fees** imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may reship at the customer’s cost or issue a refund minus original shipping fees.
  7. Lost or Stolen Packages Qivika is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
